Yes! To assist with planning, hotel room blocks with reduced rates will be provided at the Aloft St. Louis Cortex and The Doubletree St. Louis Forest Park. Pricing and reservations will be made available in the coming weeks.

When should I arrive in St. Louis?

Scheduled clinic appointments begin at 8:00am on September 12. Because we cannot guarantee the start time of your first appointment, it is highly recommended you arrive the day before. We will host a welcome reception on the evening of Wednesday September 11th for all who are able to attend.

How long is the symposium?

The symposium begins the morning of September 14 and ends by 1:00pm. Return travel plans can be made any time after this point.

Why is there a fee to attend the clinic?

We want to avoid last-minute cancellations and no-shows. When cancellations occur without warning, it is often too late to fill a spot from a waitlist because of the advanced savings, planning, and travel required by families to attend. To respect the donated time of our clinic doctors, last-minute cancellations must be avoided except in extreme and unforeseen circumstances.

Is the registration fee refundable?

It depends. The fee is refundable for cancellations made prior to August 12, 2024. The fee for late cancellations and no-shows is non-refundable. Following participation in the clinic, the registration fee is refundable on request. All requests must be made within 30 days from the clinic start date. Otherwise, the foundation will graciously consider your payment a charitable donation to further our mission and you will receive a tax-exempt donation letter.
